COVID-19 Update

  FROM WATERSPRINGS

Thursday September 17th, 2020

Hello Watersprings Church Family!

As the days and weeks keep moving forward, so do we. Life at Watersprings is slowly coming into a new normal, yet we know we are still growing forward to the place the LORD is leading us. Please, continue to pray and get involved where ever you are able and comfortable. God is good! The Church is not confinable to a building, so we are excepted to be working on our new website and app, new outreach opportunities, new platforms for our ONLINE ministries and finishing up the new studios for TheREV and Watersprings Media. We have been so blessed to use technology to further the Kingdom of God! I am looking forward to seeing all of you who have skills, or want to learn them, get involved in these areas.

Our worship community has also been growing and the joy, hope and creativity we are experiencing is amazing. We are currently in production for our first Watersprings Worship Record. Release date is to be determined. We are starting nights of worship and prayer on the third Friday of each month and you are invited to come and seek the face of God with us as we spend time simply worshiping our King. We want to invite you to join us next week for our first Watersprings Worship Night on Friday September 25th at 7pm in the Youth Center on campus.

I know this is hard for some with the crazy year we have had, but Christmas is just around the corner and we will be having candlelight Christmas Eve Service. We encourage you to be praying about joining the Christmas choir, sign up will be posted soon.

Remember to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and not the world that is burning around you. Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. (Heb. 12:1–2 ESV)

Keep loving God, loving each other, loving our community, and don’t let the opportunity pass by. Love today. Love up. Love in. Love out. Love now.

You are loved.
You are family.
